Faith-driven Leadership & Kingdom Building with Taylor Mansfield

Nathan and Taylor Mansfield are united in covenant and conviction, building the Kingdom of God through aligned callings in the marketplace. Through Iron Forge, Nathan disciples men by strengthening body and spirit, while Taylor equips women to lead with faith and identity through Kingdom Builders Women. Together, they prove that marriage is mission and business is ministry, advancing the Gospel with purpose, discipline, and bold obedience.

From addiction and burnout to ministry & business leadership, Taylor Mansfield shares how faith and identity shape her mission to disciple and inspire women in the marketplace.

Taylor Mansfield has learned the value of pausing and truly listening. Moving through periods marked by achievement, struggle, and the constant drive to do more, she gradually came to understand that leadership and influence are most meaningful when rooted in faith. “There was a season I had to just sit, and the Lord was like, ‘Do not pick anything up. Do not lead anyone. Do not volunteer your time at church.’ He was showing me how to just be in Him,” she says. It was in that quiet that she learned the difference between being a Martha, constantly doing, and being a Mary, sitting and receiving God’s presence.

Taylor’s entrepreneurial journey began with a small monogram embroidery business in high school. But it was college and early adulthood that shaped her faith-driven approach to life and business. Struggling with addiction, anxiety, and the constant pressure to achieve, she experienced a spiritual awakening that redirected her leadership toward a higher purpose.

Her experience in network marketing and ministry taught her the power of merging faith in business. “The people that you spend the most time with should be the people that you’re discipling. Marketplace is the perfect vehicle for bringing people to Jesus because it’s casual and it’s real,” she says. That inspired the creation of Kingdom Builders Women, platforms designed to equip women to lead with faith, integrity, and courage.

By integrating lessons in surrender, obedience, and faith, Taylor, as a Christian business owner and Social Media Coach, demonstrates that true influence flows from dependence on God rather than personal ambition. She shows women everywhere that God can transform not only their personal journeys but entire communities.
