The Point Has Its Moment: Inside Privé Malibu's Brokers Open

By Joseph Trujillo

On July 14, the brokerage community, the press, and a wave of social-first tastemakers gathered on ten private acres in Malibu for a single, unhurried afternoon, and left talking about the first new address Malibu has seen in nearly two decades.

It isn't every year that Malibu gets something genuinely new. So when Privé Malibu, the first new condominium offering on this stretch of coast in nearly two decades, opened its doors for a Brokers Open, Content Day & Sips + Bites, the response made one thing clear: this market has been waiting.

More than 169 guests registered in advance, and over 70 came through the gates at 6487 Cavalleri Road to see the 68 residences, the 10-acre grounds, and the interiors by Steven G. and Row 01 for themselves. The afternoon drew the local brokerage community out in force, alongside a celebrity real estate influencer and a multitude of micro-influencers whose phones and feeds did not stop moving.

“It's not about the scene. It's about the moment.”

A Day Built to Be Felt, Not Just Toured

True to the property's own ethos, the day was never just a walkthrough. LA Style Magazine recorded a live podcast segment on-site, our photography and video team moved through the residences and grounds capturing the coastal light Malibu is known for, and agents on hand used the media day to capture their own content, photos and video shared directly with their clientele, extending the reach of the afternoon well past the guest list. Guests wandered the garden, the resort-style pool, and the alfresco dining area between conversations, sipping and tasting their way through a preview of what living Privé actually feels like.

Land Rover Santa Monica: The Afternoon's Grand Activation Partner

No detail was left to chance, including the drive up. Land Rover Santa Monica arrived as the event's grand activation partner, lining the property's entrance with a curated fleet of vehicles for guests to admire between tours of the residences, a fitting complement to a property built around effortless, elevated living. LA Style Magazine Editor-in-Chief Tricia Trujillo and Publisher Joseph Trujillo were on hand to celebrate the partnership, thanking the Land Rover Santa Monica team for bringing an added layer of luxury lifestyle to Privé Malibu's debut.

The Team Behind Privé

The day's momentum reflected the strength of the team behind it. BH3 Management principal Daniel Lebensohn and AdaMark Development Sales & Marketing principals Adam Kaufman and Mark Pordes represent the executive team steering Privé Malibu from vision to reality, while on-site sales manager Michelle Breseman kept the day's tours, tastings, and conversations running seamlessly from start to finish.

Why It Matters

Privé Malibu represents something rare for this market: 68 residences across four buildings, from $1.95M, with soaring ceilings, Italian-inspired kitchens, and a 10-acre setting at the geographical center of Malibu, developed by BH3 Management and brought to market exclusively by AdaMark Development Sales & Marketing. For a coastal community that hasn't seen new condominium inventory in a generation, the Brokers Open was as much a cultural moment as a market one.

The turnout, and the content it generated, signals exactly the kind of crossover audience this property was built for: brokers who will list it, press that will cover it, and a new generation of tastemakers who will simply show it to the world.

Stay Tuned

This was only the beginning. Another Privé Malibu event is already on the horizon, bigger and built for an even wider audience. LA Style Magazine will be there to cover it, as always. Stay tuned.
